Maintenance PlannerNo. of Openings: TwoSecond Shift: Monday to Friday 02:00 PM to 10 PMWeekend Shift: Friday to Monday 10:00 PM to 07:00 AMTarget Bonus: YES, $7500Skills and Responsibilities:Maintenance, Planner, PLC, Controls, Food Manufacturing, CMMS Systems.Lead plant safety processes and ensure efficient resource utilization.Monitor team compliance with regulations and direct maintenance work.Assign and inspect preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring safety protocols.Provide troubleshooting support and report work through CMMS.Review KPIs, resolve shift problems, and inspect operations for quality.Offer feedback on performance and support SQF Systems maintenance.Maintain clean, safe work areas, participate in initiatives, and conduct safety observations.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreePrevious experience in a Maintenance Lead Role.Previous experience with Controls & PLCs (Programming is a plus).Previous experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry.Preventative & Predictive Maintenance experience.Computer Skills - Microsoft Office and CMMS Systems.Verbal & Written Communication Skills.Valid LinkedIn profile.
