Business Process AnalystClient: OK State AgencyPosition: Business Process AnalystTerm: 12 monthsCompensation: $58/Hr - $60/HrLocation: Hybrid- 3-4 days in office - Oklahoma City, OKWork Authorization: ONLY USC or GC with permanent residentScope: The Business Process Analyst will support, analyze and improve business processes and helping plan, execute, monitor, and complete finance-related strategic initiatives. This contract position will collaborate with initiative leads, sponsors, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables, performance measures, and desired outcomes.Education: Preferred master's degree in MBA or MHACertification: Lean Six Sigma, project management, change management, business analysis, or related professional training or certification is preferred.Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a business analyst.Experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, performance management, or organizational transformation.Professional enterprise level experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, performance management, or a related field.Experience working in a highly regulated environment. Preference given to experience in state government, healthcare, finance, regulatory or similar service-related business.Experience developing executive-level reports, dashboards, process maps, SOPs, or implementation documentation.Responsibilities:Evaluating current processes and standard operating proceduresConducting gap, root cause, feasibility, and risk analysesRecommending practical improvementsDeveloping project plans, milestones, dashboards, reports, process maps, and implementation documentationTracking KPIs, risks, issues, and progressSupporting change readiness and adoption.Facilitate meetings and workshops, identify and help resolve barriers, communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences, and ensure deliverables comply with applicable federal, state, agency, and requirements.
