Job Title: Seasonal Retail Associate Location: King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, 160 N Gulph Road, United States. Position Overview Seasonal Retail Associate (August–February) – part–time role supporting retail operations and delivering customer experiences for Canada Goose. What You’ll Do Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets, contributing to store results. Attend all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions. Help create a positive store environment through communication, teamwork, and collaboration. Drive key performance indicators such as conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail, and units per transaction by introducing strategic product categories. Maintain store upkeep, physical standards, cleanliness, and stockroom organization; process shipments; and replenish sales floor. Advise customers on product recommendations using expert product knowledge and cross‑department partnership. Accurately operate POS systems and operational tools, following Canada Goose standards and SOPs. Seek feedback for performance improvement and professional growth. Qualifications 1–2 years retail experience, preferably in a customer–focused, high–touch environment. Prior work with luxury or premium brands in high–volume locations. Availability Friday–Sunday and all holidays, with flexibility for evenings. Self–motivated, independent, strong time‑management, organization, and multi‑tasking skills. Good understanding of store operations, including shipment processing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
