Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our clinic, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of clients and their family dynamics to identify underlying issues and develop effective treatment plans.

  • Providing both individual and couples therapy, facilitating discussions and interventions that address relationship challenges and mental health concerns.

  • Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in managing issues related to alcohol abuse, grief, family conflicts, and more.

  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and referring clients to additional services when necessary, creating a well-rounded approach to patient care.

  • Documenting progress accurately and maintaining compliance with all organizational policies and state regulations.

Your expertise will be utilized to support a diverse clientele, including couples navigating relationship challenges, families dealing with complex issues, and individuals seeking therapy for a range of mental health concerns. Areas of focus will include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license.
