LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) FT NIGHTS

Job Title Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day Shifts Responsibilities The LPN provides direct and indirect patient care that addresses psychosocial, physical, and general care needs. Responsibilities include: communicating with physicians and team members about changes in patients’ clinical condition; responding quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment; and performing general nursing duties in all departments under supervision of a Registered Nurse. Qualifications Active Indiana LPN Licensure Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification (company-paid, obtained within 90 days of employment) Minimum of six months to one year of related work experience preferred Basic computer knowledge Benefits Competitive hourly rates, higher than market. Shift differentials paid for all weekend shifts. Sign‑on bonus of $7,500 or tuition reimbursement under a 2‑year commitment.
