Multi-Unit HR Generalist — Elevate People & Performance
Eataly Chicago
Eataly is seeking an HR Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, training and employee relations at our New York store. You will partner with the HRBP to implement a cohesive People strategy and ensure compliance with policies and laws. Your role includes running ATS-driven recruitment, organizing hiring events, delivering trainings, and guiding managers on performance management and onboarding. Fluency in Spanish is preferred, with a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years HR experience in #J-18808-Ljbffr Eataly
