White Birch Dental is offering a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing, modern, and family-oriented practice in Princeton, MN. This role focuses on delivering exceptional preventive care, utilizing cutting-edge technology (including laser treatments), and contributing to a fun, supportive team environment. We welcome candidates at all experience levels, including new graduates.

We are constantly innovating, featuring a modern office equipped with state-of-the-art technology and currently undergoing an exciting remodel to enhance the patient and team experience. Requirements
Current and active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Minnesota.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused mindset.
Positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Job Description
Deliver exceptional preventive care, including routine cleanings and advanced periodontal maintenance procedures.
Educate patients clearly and effectively on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and the correlation with overall oral health.
Utilize and master state-of-the-art dental technology, including digital X-rays, CEREC, and laser treatments.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Collaborate actively and positively with the supportive dental team to ensure excellent, seamless patient experiences.
Strictly adhere to all infection control protocols and safety standards.
Participate in volunteer opportunities to contribute positively to the community.

Days of Operation: Monday through Thursday.
Standard Work Hours:
Monday - Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Exclusions: No Friday, Saturday, or Sunday shifts.
