We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accounting professional to support accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. This role is well suited for someone who values precision, communicates effectively, and enjoys working with financial data in a collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

• Prepare, review, and record financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure financial data integrity.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll-related processes as needed.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card activity, and other balance sheet accounts.
• Help prepare financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.
• Assist with audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve discrepancies and support business needs.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar financial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CPA or progress toward certification.
• Experience supporting month-end close, audits, or financial analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or integrated accounting platforms.
