What You'll Do

As a CNC Mill Machinist, you'll play a critical role in manufacturing precision components that meet strict engineering and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate multiple CNC milling machines to meet production goals
• Perform machine setup changes, tooling replacements, offset adjustments, and basic program modifications
• Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM equipment
• Verify parts meet engineering specifications and GD&T requirements
• Maintain complete production and traceability documentation
• Replace tooling and inserts to ensure optimal machine performance
• Monitor quality and identify issues before they impact production
• Support ISO 9000 quality management system requirements
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of CNC machining experience
• Experience operating CNC milling equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T principles
• Experience with machine setups, tooling changes, and offsets
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in ISO 9000 environments
• Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM equipment
• Experience producing precision-machined components
• Ability to manage multiple machines simultaneously
• Strong production documentation and traceability experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
