This role involves overseeing all aspects of the YMCA's programs, services, and community engagement efforts, while fostering a culture of inclusivity, excellence, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans that align with the mission and goals of the Merrimack Valley YMCA. - Oversee the management of financial resources, including budgeting, fundraising, and financial reporting, to ensure the organization's sustainability and growth. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and donors to enhance the YMCA's impact and reach within the Methuen community. - Ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services that meet the needs of diverse populations, promoting health, wellness, and social responsibility. - Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and development. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes and efficiency. - Represent the YMCA in public forums, advocating for community needs and promoting the organization's mission and values. - Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as adherence to YMCA policies and standards.## QualificationsRequired Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. Required Experience: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management role within a nonprofit organization. - Proven track record of successful fundraising and development strategies. - Experience in strategic planning and execution. - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively. Required Skills and Abilities: - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors, community leaders, and board members. - Proficiency in financial management and budgeting. - Knowledge of program development and evaluation. - Capacity to innovate and drive organizational growth. - Commitment to the mission and values of the YMCA.
