Veterans Housing Stability Case Manager

Sulzbacher Center

Sulzbacher Center in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Case Manager/Outreach worker to engage veterans and their families, outreach to the community, and develop goal plans to address housing needs, crisis intervention and referrals. Maintains case files and supports special projects.
