This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong technical abilities and the experience necessary to work independently while maintaining high-quality production standards. Over the next 2 months, we are on extended hours, and the hours will be from 4pm until 4am, 7 days a week. Highly motivated operators only need apply.ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and maintain cutting equipment safely and efficiently.Read and interpret job tickets and production specifications.Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and customer requirements.Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Meet production schedules and deadlines while minimizing waste.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.QualificationsJourneyman status required.Minimum of 5 years of cutter operator experience required.Ability to produce quality work with little to no supervision.Other bindery equipment experience is a plus (but not required).English language proficiency preferred.Reliable transportation required.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.Benefits401(k) with 15% company match on employee contributions (after vesting period)Medical and dental insuranceLong-term disability insuranceEmployer-paid life insurancePaid vacationPaid holidays1Vision is an equal opportunity employer.
