Housekeeper

Job Summary

Renewal House seeks a highly motivated candidate to fill the full-time Housekeeper role. This individual is responsible for cleaning and stocking apartments for families in our housing programs, grounds beautification, assisting with admissions searches & moving, assisting with in-kind donation storage, acting as liaison for external vendors and maintaining the inventory of property management supplies. Job Responsibilities

• Cleaning and stocking apartments for families in our housing programs
• Grounds beautification
• Assisting with admissions searches & moving
• Assisting with in-kind donation storage
• Acting as liaison for external vendors
• Maintaining the inventory of property management supplies
• Other housekeeping/facilities duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

Experience:

• Solid communication skills and solid problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and stay on task without direct supervision.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries while interacting with clients and staff.
• Ability to be physically active at work including cleaning, climbing steps, and lifting.

Benefits

Renewal House is proud to offer generous total compensation packages. The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.50 – $20. In addition to base pay, total compensation for full-time employment includes generous leave policies, health insurance (employee covered paid 100% by employer), annual bonus potential, merit-based pay increases, matching contributions to retirement plan, short-term disability insurance, and life insurance.
