General Anesthesiologist opening in Dallas, TX - partnership, home call only; no Trauma/OB

Highly successful physician‑provider private anesthesia practice is seeking multiple BE/BC Anesthesiologists to join a rapidly growing team in Dallas, TX serving DFW’s premier cardiovascular surgeons, neurosurgeons, and orthro‑spine surgeons.

• Specializing in Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Spine, EP, ENT, Bariatric, and General Surgical anesthesia welcome
• Cases include non‑thoracic vascular, general, spine, neuro, EP, and little ortho
• Partnership (3 years) and associate tracks available for non‑cardiac and cardiac anesthesiologists
• Calls: All Calls are home calls , about 2 weekday calls per month, and 10 weekend calls per year. Call people usually finish around 7‑8 pm
• 37 anesthesiologists and actively growing
• Physicians only. No CRNA and no care team
• No Trauma and No OB
• Multiple facilities located in Dallas, Plano, and Richardson. Usually work in one facility in any given day.

Compensation & Benefits

• Very competitive compensation and great benefits including 401K matching and profit sharing, Health/dental/vision insurance, malpractice, etc.
• Base Salary $500,000‑550,000 W‑2 plus Benefits
• Sign‑on Bonus of $25K
• Opportunity to make extra money if work past 5 pm when not on call on weekdays
• 5 weeks of PTO
