Help people build healthier lives through compassionate, person-centered nutrition care that makes a meaningful difference every day. Full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, open to discussing hybrid scheduling options.

As a Registered Dietitian, you'll be an integral member of our integrated care team, providing nutrition assessment, education, and counseling to individuals enrolled in our Healthcare Home program. You'll partner with behavioral health and primary care professionals to support whole-person wellness, empower healthy lifestyle changes, and develop practical nutrition strategies that meet each person's unique needs and goals.
