We currently have an opening for an Overnight Order Entry Specialist with a premium distribution partner in the Hampton/Newport News area. This customer service-focused role is perfect for someone who works well independently, thrives in a structured environment, and can effectively manage both inbound calls and accurate data entry. 

Overnight Customer Support Job Details:

• Training Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Day Shift)
• Permanent Hours: 9:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. (Overnight)
• Pay Rate: $18-$20

Overnight Customer Support Job Description:

• Work independently after hours in a calm, focused office environment
• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with placing and processing orders
• Enter and manage orders received via phone, email, and voicemail with accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor and respond to messages in the customer service inbox, ensuring timely follow-up
• Follow up with customers to confirm order details and provide accurate product information, order status updates, and general support
• Maintain organized, detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Demonstrate professionalism, strong attention to detail, clear communication, and exemplary phone etiquette

Overnight Customer Support Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, data entry, order processing, or call center environment preferred
• Strong typing accuracy and proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and email platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively and maintain accuracy and composure in a fast-paced setting
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working overnight hours
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training a plus
