Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or similar classroom support role, especially in K-5 settings
• Enthusiasm for working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to supporting student growth
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities and instructional support
• Provide one-on-one or small group guidance to students as directed
• Help with classroom management and monitoring student engagement
• Support special education needs as required within the classroom
