About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who can help support our Food & Beverage department who has hospitality and administrative experience. You will perform administrative duties supporting the Food & Beverage Division and Assistant Division Head of the resort.

What You Will Do:

• Type correspondence, reports, composition of letters, and memorandums; open, examine, sort, incoming mail and when appropriate gather information necessary for response; take and distribute departmental and divisional meeting minutes.
• Provide additional support functions to your supervisor including, but not limited to typing, menu printing, seamless data input, handling managers incoming and outgoing mail, answering phones and providing additional general office and resort assistance when needed.
• Maintain files, schedules, and calendars for management members of the Food & Beverage Division; coordinate, set and confirm interviews and appointments.
• Assist in completing special projects which may include mailings, competitive surveys, menus or other assigned duties; maintain and order office supplies.
• Maintain policy and standard manuals; update and distribute as necessary.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
