As a Laundry Lead, you’re not just supervising daily laundry and/or uniform operations– you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. operations Here's what you'll do during a typical day: - Supervise day-to-day laundry team operations: Lead, train, and oversee Laundry and Uniform team members to maintain a consistent supply of clean linens and uniforms - Manage uniform distribution: Oversee ordering, distribution, and inventory of team member uniforms - Oversee linen processing: Assign, supervise, and assist with tasks such as collecting, sorting, weighing, loading, unloading, ironing, folding, and storing linens while ensuring proper equipment maintenance - Monitor quality and efficiency: Track linen quality, inventory levels, stain and damage rates, and production reports, ensuring timely rewashing, repairs, and reordering as needed - Optimize productivity: Assign machinery, equipment, and work areas while maintaining productivity records, including hourly production metrics |What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
