Second Shift Warehouse Supervisor

The Second Shift Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations during the second shift, ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient movement, storage, and shipment of products. This position leads warehouse associates, monitors productivity and inventory accuracy, enforces safety procedures, and ensures customer orders are completed on schedule.

The Role (What You Are Accountable For):

• Supervise, train, coach, and motivate warehouse employees on the second shift.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor employee performance and productivity.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, loading, and inventory activities.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped according to schedule.
• Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
• Enforce company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and proper equipment procedures.
• Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with the first shift and management to ensure smooth handoffs between shifts.
• Address employee issues, attendance concerns, and operational problems as they arise.
• Track productivity, quality, and other warehouse performance metrics.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and overtime decisions as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, efficiency, and cost control.
• Report operational issues, accidents, inventory discrepancies, and equipment problems to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving procedures.
• Ability to operate or supervise the operation of material-handling equipment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
• Ability to work the second shift and occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.

Additional Role Information

• Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $29/hour. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.

• Work Model: This role is based in Fontana, CA, and works approximately 2:00 PM10:30 PM, MondayFriday, with flexibility based on business needs.
