What you’ll need: A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Special Education Active Illinois Licensure in Special Education Day‑to‑day responsibilities: Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) Collaborating with instructional teams, support staff, and families to foster student progress Differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs within your caseload Monitoring and recording students’ progress, adapting teaching as needed Cultivating a positive and engaging learning environment for all students Participating in team meetings, professional development, and school events Perks of this contract include weekly W‑2 compensation, matching 401K, and comprehensive health insurance options.
