WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

As a Sales Associate - HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will conduct in-home consultations with residential customers, assess their heating and cooling requirements, and recommend solutions tailored to their specific needs. You will utilize your HVAC knowledge and communication skills to help homeowners understand their options, provide exceptional customer service during every interaction, and use company technology to document recommendations and support the sales process. Your work will focus on creating positive experiences while helping customers make confident decisions about their home comfort systems.

THE BACKGROUND YOU BRING

In-home sales experience
Familiarity with residential HVAC systems
Ability to use company-provided technology
Ability to service Lancaster, Buffalo, West Seneca, Cheektowaga, and Amherst, NY
Customer facing experience is preferred
