What's In Store For You Work Arrangement: 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Initial Location: Munster, IN, for approximately six weeks. Permanent Worksite: Orland Park, IL, beginning January 2027. Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099). Employment Opportunity: Contract position with potential for contract-to-hire conversion. Training: Structured onboarding covering banking systems, customer information platforms, internal processes, and regulatory compliance. How You Will Make An Impact Serve as a primary point of contact for banking customers, providing professional and responsive support through inbound calls and digital communication channels. Assist customers with deposit accounts, loan products, banking services, account transactions, and general inquiries. Investigate and resolve account-related questions by researching customer records and utilizing internal banking systems. Process account maintenance requests and customer transactions accurately while following established procedures. Deliver efficient, personalized service with an emphasis on resolving customer concerns during the initial interaction. Identify opportunities to connect customers with appropriate banking specialists for additional products and services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, operational policies, service procedures, and regulatory requirements. Escalate complex customer concerns to appropriate teams when specialized knowledge or additional authorization is required. Follow applicable banking regulations, confidentiality requirements, and internal controls to protect customer information and maintain service quality. Requirements Do You Bring Proven Success in Customer Service and Problem Resolution? High school diploma or GED required. Demonstrated experience delivering excellent customer service in a professional environment. 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer support environment preferred. Previous banking, financial services, retail banking, or financial contact center experience is advantageous. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers through telephone, email, and other digital channels. Strong listening, interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications while maintaining accurate customer records. Familiarity with banking customer information systems, including Jack Henry SilverLake or comparable platforms, is a plus. Ability to research account information, follow documented procedures, and resolve customer concerns efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following regulatory requirements. Ability to work independently while collaborating with supervisors and team members.
