Occupational Therapist - OT - Per Diem

Overview Per Diem (all days available!) Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) position is now available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Falmouth, MA . The Royal Falmouth Facility has moved into a new facility at 359 Jones Road, ideal for sub‑acute rehabilitation with multiple first‑floor private rooms and brand new gym space. We are looking for someone with a passion for sub‑acute rehabilitation and a large transitional care caseload. Preferred Therapy Solutions is owned and operated by therapists. We focus on appropriate and ethical patient care, understand what therapists need to succeed, and offer generous paid time off for full and part‑time employees as well as a strong continuing education program. Requirements Must possess a current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license or be license eligible to practice in the state where you will be employed. Prior experience in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting is required. Must enjoy working with the geriatric population to improve their quality of life. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting. Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment. Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state. Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and have experience with electronic documentation. Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
