SAIC is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join the Air Force, Space and Intelligence Business Group providing systems engineering and technical advisory services to a rapidly expanding Government Intelligence Community (IC) customer. The customer is developing the next generation of space and ground systems, architectures, and hardware and software solutions. This position supports a System Program Office (SPO) in a technical capacity for planning, execution, monitoring, and oversight of satellite system resiliency methodologies that advance the IC customer's space resiliency posture. SAIC's Analysis Services provide best-in-industry personnel to analyze large quantities of multi-source, complex data and translate it into clear, comprehension of critical issues, and more decisive operations. We are seeking a Mid-Level Space Program All-Source Analyst with IC experience to join our team! In this role, you will use your existing intelligence community knowledge to apply multi-source tradecraft that support the IC acquisitions lifecycle, systems engineering & integration, while delivering mission excellence to programs of national importance. The ideal candidate in this role will have 3-7 years of experience as an intelligence analyst and have experience in facility and baseline reporting, as well as creating graphic reports. The Space Program All-Source Analyst will join a team of on-site SETAs working on satellite system resiliency with responsibilities that may include but not limited to the following:

The Space Program All-Source Analyst will join a team of on-site SETAs working on satellite system resiliency with responsibilities that may include but not limited to the following:
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks associated with program resiliency in order to achieve technical and programmatic objectives.
- Brief technically detailed material and capabilities deep-dives with relatable vignettes to diverse audiences.
- Create content and present executive-level briefings as well as the ability to prepare written documentation at the executive level.
- Ability to plan and facilitate both senior and action office level engagements
- Assess threats/vulnerabilities and recommend counter measures/mitigations.
- Collaborate with DOD/IC program leaders and government representatives to ensure Program resiliency initiatives are effectively implemented.
- Leverage knowledge of NRO mission, functions and organization in order to liaise across the NRO Directorates, military services, and external partners.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in intelligence, engineering, or technical discipline and 14 years or more relevant experience; Master's degree in intelligence, engineering, or technical discipline and 12 years or more relevant experience. or PhD and 9 years of experience.
- Possess the ability to communicate, coordinate, and engage customer independently.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and small team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to operate successfully as a team-member.
- Ability to communicate with clarity and accuracy both verbally and written.
- Demonstrate familiarity in the functional mission areas and key intelligence issues.
