Singlepoint Healthcare is looking for a Registered Nurse Intake Nurse Specialist to help coordinate safe, smooth, and compassionate home infusion care for patients. What You’ll Do Assess patients for home infusion therapy Coordinate care plans, supplies, and delivery schedules Partner with home health agencies, referral sources, and pharmacy teams Support patient and caregiver education Monitor progress, therapy compliance, and care needs Keep clinical documentation accurate and timely What You’ll Bring RN license in the state of practice Associate’s degree required, Bachelor's preferred (BSN) At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health or infusion therapy is preferred, or 2–5 years of general nursing experience Knowledge of infusion techniques, home care protocols, and patient education Strong communication, organization, and patient‑first mindset Why Singlepoint?
