OHM Team Members can sign up for earned wage access through DailyPay on day one!Essential Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests promptly.Offer menu suggestions and answer questions with knowledgeable advice.Ensure responsible beverage service in compliance with liquor laws.Accurately take and serve food/drink orders, ensuring guest satisfaction.Attend to guests' needs, including bussing and resetting tables.Prepare non-mixed drinks, soups, and salads.Process payments and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining experience.Skills & Abilities:Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a positive attitude.Education & Experience:Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.Hours:Flexible, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Physical Requirements:Light work with occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.Requires standing and walking for extended periods.Work Conditions:Primarily indoor environment.O'Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC, is an equal opportunity employer.
