Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry for a travel assignment in Plattsburgh, NY. This role is focused on the M/S Tele unit with ED Hold responsibilities. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic and supportive environment that includes a skilled team of CNAs and unit clerks.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry

• Float across units as scheduled, including R5, R6, R7, and potential tele units
• Manage patient care for Med Surg Oncology (R5), Med Surg Ortho (R6), and Med Surg Urology (R7)
• Provide care for ED HOLD patients in the M/S Tele unit
• Perform unit-specific procedures, like IVs and bladder scans
• Participate in weekend shifts as required (every other weekend)

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry

• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience, 1 year in specialty
• Active NYS License or proof of application with applied date
• AHA BLS required; CMSRN preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required prior to starting
• Recent EPIC experience (within the last 2 years)
