Competitive Compensation: $90,000 to $110,000 base salary (DOE) Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Half-Day Fridays non busy season Hybrid work model Fast-tracked career growth opportunities Collaborative, people-first culture with 12 partners and 50+ team members Vibrant company events and a workplace you will actually enjoy Job Details Prepare and review corporate, partnership, trust, and individual income tax returns of varying complexity Provide technical guidance and support to staff and interns Conduct both basic and complex tax research Assist with tax planning for businesses and individual clients Serve as a resource for junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's degree (MST) or CPA licensure is a strong plus Minimum 3 years of experience in the tax department of a CPA firm Strong, working knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code Experience preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, trust, and individual returns Proven ability to perform tax research and support basic tax planning engagements Solid analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with professional tax software Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Team-oriented with the ability to mentor and support junior staff Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
