Responsibilities for Relief Cook:

• Prepare and cook nutritious, appetizing meals for residents and staff.
• Follow menus, recipes, and special dietary requirements.
• Assist with meal preparation and service as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
• Work closely with the Food Service team to ensure meals are prepared and served on time.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Relief Cook:

• Previous experience as a Relief Cook or Cook preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service to residents.
