Products & Services Coordinator

Role summary / purpose

Products & Services Coordinator I - Remote position (must be within driving distance to headquarters locations).

Key responsibilities

• Schedule home energy audits and phone-assisted audits
• Handle inbound call volume related to program and billing inquiries
• Provide information to customers regarding accounts, products, and services
• Assist in determining customer electrical usage using analytical skills and provide education to help customers manage consumption
• Learn and understand offered products and services; guide customers to appropriate programs and services
• Take care of and settle customer complaints
• Answer customer questions regarding product/service operation and maintenance
• Receive and process orders/applications; provide information on pricing, service changes, discontinuance, and shipping
• Consult with customers to obtain information and explain available services
• Investigate and correct errors in customer and company records
• Perform program data management activities including running reports and updating data
• Adjust complaints concerning billing or services rendered
• Refer product or service failure complaints to appropriate departments
• Coordinate customer service needs with other departments
• Solicit sales of new or additional services or products as appropriate
• Visit customer premises to obtain orders or resolve problems when needed

Requirements - education & experience

0-3 years of directly related experience in customer service, energy services, or related field.

Required skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Analytical skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
