WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY:

In this Web Product Coordinator role, you are the backbone of accuracy and access, updating the web portal to ensure clients always have the right information, coordinating ID card processes with rigorous quality control, and ensuring flawless benefit configurations. You'll spend your day assisting users, resolving portal issues, managing integrations, and collaborating with teams to keep everything running smoothly, ensuring every detail supports a better experience for those who rely on us.

What We Need From You:

• High school diploma
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred:

• 2–5 years in self-funded insurance
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Knowledge of benefit plans and eligibility processes will stand out
