Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an impactful role as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting middle school students during a maternity leave coverage. In this rewarding position, you'll work on campus, providing essential services that help students develop their communication skills and thrive academically and socially. This is a contract assignment running from August 17, 2026, through November 12, 2026. No teletherapy assignments are included at this time; all work will be conducted in person.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience in a school setting, especially with middle school-aged students
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to middle school students
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with educational staff to integrate speech-language goals into classroom activities
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
• Provide guidance and support to families regarding intervention strategies
• Foster a positive, engaging atmosphere that encourages student participation
