Manage reservations, including booking modifications and cancellations, while maintaining accurate records. Respond to guest inquiries and requests efficiently, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of all Soul Space modalities and services, provide guests with guidance as per their needs. Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and adequately stocked with necessary supplies. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as necessary. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
