As a Warehouse Team Lead, you'll contribute to JM's mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.The Role:As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will help drive our goals by:Leading day-to-day warehouse shift activities, providing clear direction, regular communication and support to Warehouse TechniciansRole modelling Johnson Matthey's values while promoting a strong safety culture aligned to EHS standards and Life Saving PoliciesCoordinating shipping, receiving, material storage and timely delivery of materials to support production requirementsSupporting team development through coaching, performance feedback and contribution to annual performance reviews in partnership with the Warehouse SupervisorEnsuring effective onboarding, training and documentation for new team membersLeading problem-solving activities, escalating operational or safety issues where required and supporting continuous improvement and 5S initiativesKey skills that will help you succeed in this role:High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred2–3 years of warehouse or material control experience, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environmentPrevious supervisory or team leadership experience is preferredWorking knowledge of EHS, OSHA and hazardous material handling and shipping requirementsConfidence using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based, high-volume operationEven if you only match some of the skills, we'd love to hear from you to discuss further!What we offer:Retirement Savings (401K Match, plus an additional Employer Contribution)20 days annual PTO (varies for shift-based roles)Life and Disability InsuranceHealth Insurance (Medical, Prescription, Dental and Vision)Voluntary BenefitsWellbeing Programs and IncentivesTuition AssistanceParental LeaveReady to make a meaningful impact on your career and the environment?
