HR Business Partner As our Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources Leadership team by driving the full spectrum of operational HR activities across your assigned facility and/or service area. Every day, you will provide strategic HR guidance on employee relations, compensation, conflict management, and organizational development. Partnering closely with staff, you'll implement impactful HR programs to ensure compliance, drive engagement, and align facility HR with Service Area strategies. Compensation range: $40.08 - $59.62 per hour (actual compensation will vary based on experience and other factors). Responsibilities Strategic Alignment – Partner with clients to understand and assess business direction, create specific business plans supporting HR goals, and regularly interpret progress to leadership. Employee Relations – Serve as a resource to employees, management, and HR to promote positive relations, proactively resolve complaints, and facilitate equitable outcomes. Labor Relations – Provide guidance on policies, procedures, collective bargaining agreements, and support documentation for performance improvement and termination processes. Performance & Leadership Coaching – Offer advice, feedback, and development to improve leaders and team members, addressing engagement, performance management, and training needs. Culture Integration – Embed CommonSpirit Health’s mission, vision, and values into practices and processes across business units, using diagnostic tools such as My Culture to develop culture plans. Center of Expertise Utilization – Collaborate with CoEs to achieve business goals, objectives, and outcomes. Job Requirements Required Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of HR or leadership experience. Or at least 5 years of HR or leadership experience in the discipline. Or Master’s degree (with relevant experience) and HR experience encompassing a generalist role or at least two specialty areas such as compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, talent acquisition, etc. Demonstrated employee relations experience with a working knowledge of recruitment, training delivery, benefits, and compensation theory/administration. Completion of Fire Safety training within 90 days of hire. Preferred Professional in Human Resources certification upon hire. Senior Professional in Human Resources certification upon hire. SHRM Certified Professional certification upon hire.
