Senior On-Site Service Specialist

Document Services Team LeadWe are seeking a dependable and organized Document Services Team Lead to support daily document scanning and office operations while providing leadership to a small team. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication, customer service, computer, and organizational skills who is comfortable supervising up to six employees.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, organize, and scan documents and files.Ensure documents are accurately processed and properly maintained.Order and maintain office and operational supplies as needed.Provide professional customer service and communicate directly with customers.Supervise and provide day-to-day direction to a team of up to six employees.Help coordinate workloads, priorities, and daily assignments.Maintain an organized and efficient work environment.Operate standard office machines and document-processing equipment.Assist with filing, recordkeeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.1–2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training.Previous document scanning, copy center, mailroom, office services, or similar experience preferred.Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.Strong communication and customer service skills.Confident and assertive leadership style with the ability to provide clear direction.Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems.Strong organizational and prioritization skills.Basic mathematical and filing skills.Comfortable operating office machines and technical equipment.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader who can effectively manage a small team while staying actively involved in daily document services operations.
