We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated Engineering Technician / Designer to join our Transportation practice for a full-time position in our Albany, NY office. Responsibilities Generate highway, bridge and site plans along with the associated details. Assist technical staff in specialized designs. Provide MicroStation and InRoads support and analysis. Qualifications A.S. degree or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school in CAD or Drafting. 2-5+ years of relevant experience is preferred. Proficiency in the use of MicroStation and InRoads is preferred. Knowledge in NYSDOT CAD standards and the basics of transportation design a plus. Estimated Pay Range : $26 – 32/hour. Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
