Reporting to behavioral health leadership and collaborating closely with psychiatrists and hospital clinical leaders, the Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, manage psychiatric medications, provide education, document progress, and coordinate safe transitions of care.
