As Anatomage’s primary corporate Recruiter, you’ll drive the organization’s hiring needs by independently managing sourcing and recruitment activities across a variety of departments and positions. You’ll oversee recruitment for entry-level, professional, technical, and specialized roles while contributing to and fostering effective and efficient hiring practices and processes in collaboration with the HR Team. You’ll also work closely with hiring managers, leaders and the HR team to screen qualified candidates, coordinate the interview process, and help deliver a smooth and consistent candidate experience.

This mid-level role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and navigating ambiguity independently, has strong sourcing and full-cycle recruiting experience, and is looking for an opportunity to grow alongside Anatomage.

LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED; this role is expected to work onsite 4 days per week at Anatomage’s HQ, now located in San Jose, CA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities | What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary corporate recruiter, independently managing full-cycle recruitment across all departments—from intake and sourcing through selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job boards, ATS platforms, professional networks, and other established channels.
• Review inbound resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screens, providing candidate evaluations and recommendations to hiring managers and leaders regarding candidate suitability.
• Prepare and assess recruitment materials (i.e. JDs, interview questions, intakes, etc.) and manage job postings across applicable job boards.
• Facilitate and participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and other hiring activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate records and documentation in the ATS.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews while maintaining consistent and timely communication with candidates and HMs regarding interview schedules, logistics, status updates, timelines & next steps
• Extend offers to candidates and facilitate offer negotiations and related communications.
• Provide a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Provide guidance to HR teammates on recruiting processes, sourcing practices, and established hiring procedures, serving as a resource on talent-market conditions and effective approaches for hard-to-fill, technical, specialized, and critical roles.
• Collaborate with the HR Team, hiring managers and leaders to understand organizational needs, define role requirements, and provide well-informed input on candidate selection based on Anatomage’s hiring practices, market conditions and compensation considerations.
• Help ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring procedures while maintaining discretion in handling confidential candidate and organizational information.
• Perform other relevant duties as needed by the broader HR Team.

• Ability to independently manage and execute full-cycle recruitment activities.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and the broader HR team.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently navigate ambiguity, manage multiple requisitions, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations applicable to recruiting and hiring, primarily in California, but also familiar with multi-state requirements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications | Qualities We Look For

• Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill/critical roles.
• Strong knowledge of effective sourcing techniques, recruitment approaches, and talent-market practices.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and market insights and their application to recruiting effectiveness and process improvement.
• Experience recruiting technical, specialized, or highly competitive positions.
• Medtech, education, healthcare, life sciences, or technology industry experience preferred.

Minimum Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• Demonstrated experience managing job requisitions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple levels, including entry-level, professional, technical, specialized, and management positions.
• Experience using an ATS and other recruiting/HR technologies.
