Application Support Lead

We are hiring for an Application Support Lead . This role focuses on maintaining the stability, performance, and reliability of the Right Angle and Zema platforms.

The ideal candidate has experience leading Level 2 and Level 3 application support, incident management, and business-critical application operations.

What you bring

Experience supporting and maintaining Right Angle and Zema platforms
Experience leading Level 2 and Level 3 application support teams
Knowledge of incident and problem management
Experience supporting energy trading, risk management, and market data management applications
Strong technical coordination and stakeholder management skills

What you'll do

Oversee application support, maintenance, and continuous improvement
Lead incident resolution and problem management activities
Drive system reliability and application performance
Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams
Support business-critical operations across energy trading and risk management platforms
