Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, fax, and online inquiries
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Offer pricing, delivery, and product information to customers
• Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and order confirmations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a related role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
