Claims Support Associates - Insurance Operations ($19-$20/hr)

Location: Honolulu, HI
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Range:

• Associate III: $19/hour
• Senior Associate: $20/hour

Join a trusted local insurance company known for its commitment to excellence and employee longevity. We're hiring for two customer service and claims support roles that play a key part in processing claims and supporting insureds, claimants, and internal teams.

Available Roles

1. Associate III - Claims Intake & Support

• Process First Notice of Loss (FNOL) via email, fax, or mail
• Enter initial claim data and upload supporting documents
• Handle inbound calls from insureds, claimants, providers, and agents
• Route operator calls and monitor shared inboxes
• Prep, scan, and validate incoming claims documents
• Perform general administrative duties

2. Senior Associate - Claims Reporting & Data Entry
Includes all Associate III duties, plus:

• Prepare departmental reports and metrics
• Enter police report data into claims system

Qualifications

Shared Requirements:

• Keyboarding speed: 40-45 WPM
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-oriented with a professional demeanor
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency in data entry

Associate III:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years general office experience

Senior Associate:

• 2-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years general office experience

Preferred for Both:

• Customer service or call center experience
