Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing hands-on assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Assisting with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Supporting residents in participating in activities and social programs to promote engagement and well-being.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies.
• Upholding infection control and safety standards to protect residents and staff.
• Offering emotional support and companionship, fostering trust and comfort.

What you'll bring:

• Current CNA certification in Oklahoma.
• A genuine passion for caring for older adults and individuals with complex health needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliability, compassion, and patience in all interactions.
• Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed.
