Registered Nurse PACE Program

We’re hiring a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our PACE team. In this role, you’ll provide holistic, participant‑centered care to older adults, helping them maintain independence and quality of life while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. Job Summary This PACE program serves Transylvania, Buncombe, and McDowell counties, supporting over 230 aging elders in their community living.
