Asset Manager

SCI, the Leader in Real Estate Executive Search®, is helping our client, one of Greater Washington DC's most active real estate development firms, hire an Asset Manager . This individual will be responsible for managing a real estate portfolio primarily consisting of multifamily assets located in the Mid-Atlantic region. The Asset Manager will successfully oversee the financial and operational performance of the portfolio, working closely with the company’s Finance, Accounting, Development, and Acquisitions departments with the objective of meeting or exceeding the goals set forth by the company and its investment partners. Key Responsibilities Include: Overseeing the annual budget process and maximizing financial performance. Establishing strong relationships with colleagues, partners, investors, property managers, brokers, and other consultants. Monitoring the performance of each asset by conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews. Collaborating with acquisition and development teams on due diligence activities to successfully integrate new acquisition/development transactions into the portfolio. Analyze capital improvement needs for each asset. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of multifamily asset management experience. Exposure to affordable housing is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
