Key Responsibilities Communicate refinance options for VA and FHA cash-out loans Convert inbound and transferred leads into completed loan applications Educate borrowers on loan benefits and help them achieve financial goals Make 30-120 daily contacts (calls, texts, emails) using CRM and scripts Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closing Basic Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple borrower pipelines Comfortable working in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment Proven time management and organizational skills Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Specific Qualifications Active NMLS license (or willingness to obtain - we cover the cost) Minimum 1 year of inside sales or call center experience Knowledge of VA, FHA, USDA, and Conventional loan programs Familiarity with Encompass or similar loan origination systems High school diploma or equivalent required Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account (HSA) Life insurance and paid time off Supportive team environment and career advancement opportunities In Summary If you're looking for a long-term career with a company that invests in your success and gives you the tools to close more loans, apply now.
