Forklift Operator

Job Title: Forklift Operator (2nd Shift) Location: Dayton, NJ Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Shift: Third Shift Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team in Dayton, NJ. This position is responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, locate, load, and stack products efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have prior forklift experience and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Transport materials to designated storage areas Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues Maintain accurate inventory through proper scanning and documentation Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Qualifications Previous forklift experience required (certification preferred) Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Work Environment Warehouse setting with varying temperatures Fast-paced environment requiring attention to safety and productivity #J-18808-Ljbffr IWS Group
