Housekeeping Lobby Attendant

Crystal Springs Resort is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Lobby Attendants to help maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience throughout our resort.

The Lobby Attendant is responsible for ensuring all public spaces are clean, organized, and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Areas of Responsibility Include:

• Lobby and public restrooms
• Stairwells
• Linen rooms
• Guest laundry facilities
• Fitness center / gym
• Elevators
• Hallways
• Banquet and event spaces
• Game rooms
• Gift shop display cases

Additional responsibilities may include:

• Guest room service calls
• Lobby clean-up and upkeep
• Deliveries and pickups
• Cross-training in guest room cleaning
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work outdoors during summer months
• Weekend and holiday availability required

Physical Requirements:

This role requires frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, carrying, and use of hands and arms throughout the shift.
