Casino Bank Machine Clerk

Start Rate: $17.00/hour | Full-Time | 2nd Shift

Job Purpose or Objective: The primary focus of the Bank Machine Clerk is to ensure the accurate and efficient handling of large volumes of cash, including counting, sorting, bundling, and identifying counterfeit currency. Drop, counting, and balancing AJMs (Jackpot Stations), kiosks, and Cash dispensers while ensuring secure transportation of money and following strict security protocols and ensuring a smooth transition from the Casino Floor to the count room. You will report to the Vault Bank Machine Supervisor.

Primary Tasks

1. Handle large volumes of cash while counting, sorting, bundling, identifying counterfeit, balancing monies and recording/analyzing data.

2. Count and maintain all boxes/cassettes while following all procedures.

3. Drop and maintain ATM's, Kiosks, Recyclers, and Cash dispensers.

4. Keep accurate records of monetary exchange, authorization forms, and transactions reconciliations.

5. Complete all required department paperwork with accuracy while observing all related procedures including Title 31 regulatory requirements, MICS/TIC, standard operating procedures, Internal Process and polices to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations.

6. Transport money cars, accompanied by security to each assigned secured location. Ensure each secured location is always secured.

7. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workspace.

8. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Ten key proficiencies

Use computers to enter, access, or retrieve data.

Basic math skills

Computer literacy required

1+ years of experience handling large volumes of cash

Prior cash handling, cashiering, teller, and banking experience preferred.
